Randy Lee launched Landscapes By Randy Lee, Inc. in 1990 and has created award winning landscapes from the company’s beginning. Landscapes By Randy Lee, Inc. has won several beautification awards in Pinellas County where Randy was born and raised. He is a certified, licensed and bonded landscape designer and contractor.
Landscapes By Randy Lee, Inc. has been featured in several books such as Dream Homes Florida which was published by Panache Partners in Dallas Texas. Through his work with talented and sought after architects, builders and developers throughout Florida, Randy has perfected a cohesive and collaborative process. He specializes in high-end landscaping where he offers a practical but beautiful approach to the overall design, which includes unique plantings and specimen trees, lighting, hardscaping and irrigation.

Randy is an active member of the National Association of Landscape Professionals (NALP) and the Florida Nursery Growers and Landscape Association (FNGLA), contributes articles on landscape design to several regional pubications and offers his expertise as a speaker for garden clubs, homeowner associations and community planning boards. For the past several years he has been selected as the lead participant for the Home and Garden Tour for The Florida Botanical Gardens.
A graduate of Louisiana State University and the University of West Florida, Randy earned his undergraduate degree in psychology from LSU and a Master’s in Industrial/ Organizational Psychology from UWF. During high school and college, he developed his highly competitive and precise approach to his career as an award-winning platform and springboard diver. Over time, Randy used his education and organizational knowledge to develop his discerning eye for design and assembled a handpicked, educated and polished crew who pay strict attention to detail, direction and innovation.
As a native of the sunshine State, Randy supports local charities such as Metro Inclusive, Clearwater Free Clinic, and Equality Florida. In his spare time Randy enjoys fitness training, cooking, billiards and travel.
Meet Abby
Since 2020, Abby is Randy Lee's assistant and office manager. She works to coordinate projects, schedules, and communications while helping to keep operations smooth and steady.
A graduate of Kent State University, Abby hails from Columbus, Ohio, and now resides in the Tampa Bay with her husband.
Meet Armando
Armando is Randy Lee’s landscape plan designer, artist, and illustrator who creates cutting-edge 2D and 3D landscape design plans.
He is a graduate of the University of South Florida and extensively works with CAD and 3D software.
